Making your computer speak is simple to do. It only takes a few minutes and will keep you entertained for hours!

The first thing you will want to do is go to your start menu. Step2
Next you will need to click on your control panel. Step3
You will then want to select Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices. Step4
Then you will want to click on Speech. Step5
When the Speech Properties window pops-up click on the Text to Speech tab. Step6
Here most computers will allow you to select the voice, and type in what you would like for the computer to say. You will also be able to control the voice speed. Step7
After your selections have been made and you have typed what you would like your computer to say click on Preview Voice. Step8
Don’t get mad at your computer if it starts to give you lip. After all you told it what to say!
