Disable Services In Windows

Does you computer seem slugging a great way to speedup your windows computer is to disable unneeded services. Well that's great but how do you do that? Follow the steps below and you will be on your way to a much faster computer.



Step1
The first step in disabling a windows service is to click the "Start Button"
Step2
After the start menu is open click the button labeled "Run" if you are running Windows Vista simply click into the "Search Box".
Step3
Next type "services.msc" without the quotes and press enter.
Step4
The next step is to simply find the services that you want to disable and then right-click on them after you right-click them select "Properties" from there you can select what you want the service to do. You can disable it completely to keep it from running, Delay it so that it will start only after your computer is up and running to help your computer to start faster, set it to automatic to have it start when your computer starts, or set it to manual so that it will only start if a program asks for it to start.
