MailEaters.com (link provided under Resources heading) provides a great solution by offering a temporary email address you can use. This is useful when signing up for offers, downloading freeware and information, and other situations where an email address is required. Step3
To use maileaters, you don't even need to set up an account. Just choose a user name, as an example Bob550, then just enter Bob550@maileaters.com anywhere a valid email address is required. Step4
However, if you need to confirm information, or verify account, this must be done within 4 hours as all messages are automatically deleted at that time. To check your messages, simply enter your username on the home page to retrieve you email.
