simple feedback form to your website

Wanted to put a small form that you could get feedback from on your website, I will show you how to easily do that and start receiving feedback from your website visitors.

  • HTML editor to copy and paste code into a web page
Step1
Get an account at:
http://www.freedback.com/
There are free and paid accounts the free accounts only allow one feedback form per account. You get more features with paid accounts.
You will have to confirm your email address to continue.

Step2
After registering you will now need to decide what information you want to receive on your form. Most folks won't trust you with a phone number but will leave and email sometimes, or they just have something to say. Depends what your site is about, it could even be a customer service form.

Step3
You will edit your form in a window, step 2 will help you decide if you want your person directed to a web page you made or one of Feedbacks pages. You can select a text message sent to your cell phone with a paid account. Make your selections and click on step 3 button at the bottom of the page.

Step4
This will take you to the page where the code is generated to copy and paste into your web page where you want the form to appear. This is where you will open up your HTML editor and open up the web page and insert the code. Hit save and then preview the page before uploading it to your server. If all looks great then upload the page and test drive it to see if the form works as it should. Check your email and see if you got the response from the form.
